Today’s review will focus on the continuation of the line of disposable liquid dispensers from Malaysia – Nasty Fix GO 5000 from the popular manufacturer Nasty Juice.

Packaging of Nasty Fix GO 5000

The packaging of the devices has a familiar and even familiar design: multi-colored boxes with elements highlighted with transparent varnish. On the front side there is an image of the device with a large manufacturer’s logo and even a signed flavor, at the top right is the name Fix GO and the number of puffs (5000 PUFFS), just below is the nicotine strength and a signed pictogram of the evaporator used on the MESH COIL grid. Below and on the left it is indicated that our device is rechargeable and equipped with a modern USB Type-C connector. e-cigarettes in canada At the bottom, in addition to the large mandatory warning about the dangers of nicotine, you can once again read the name of the flavor of the liquid that is filled into the device. On the back are the standard marketing tricks, warnings, restrictions and mix composition.

The top flap of the box is sealed with a small seal. Its main purpose is not so much to control tampering (the packaging can be easily opened from the bottom), but to check originality and entice a $250,000 draw. You can read more about the protection itself and this draw in the review of Nasty Fix GO for 1500 puffs.

And just to avoid confusion, I’ll provide a comparison photo. Because the Nasty 5000 disposables have almost the same design as the recently reviewed 3000 puffs. Of course, with a direct comparison, the difference between the two versions is noticeable (different arrangement of elements, slightly different inscriptions and different sizes). But if you pick up the box for the first time, it’s not at all so obvious.

Disposable packaging bag Nasty Fix GO 5000

Inside, the devices are hermetically sealed in blue bags with a bright yellow Nasty logo on one side and the inscriptions FIX GO and FIND YOUR FIX. with another. There is no flavor designation on this package. But if you wish, you can still see the inscription on the wall of the device with the name of the mix. There are notches on the top near the edge of the bag that allow you to get to the contents without scissors.

One-time protection

In addition to the bag, two silicone parts also serve as protection. One is in the form of a plug that plugs the mouthpiece; the second is a decent-sized cap that hides the entire lower part with holes and a charging connector.

Appearance and design of Nasty FIX GO 5000

All we can say about the device is that it is the second most popular disposable format on the market after cylindrical sticks – a “box” with a mouthpiece sticking out on the side. This shape allows the tank and battery to be placed in the housing more compactly. And you can put such a “box” with a decent supply of liquid not only in your bag, but even in your shirt pocket. The devices are entirely made of plastic, the top and bottom surfaces are glossy, but the side walls are matte and rough. At first I thought it was a sticker, but no, that’s how the case is made. On one side of the disposable dispenser you can see the Nasty logo, the name of the device, the taste of the liquid and the number of puffs. On the opposite side there is the inscription RECHARGEABLE and the serial number of the device.

Despite the impressive number of puffs promised, the device itself is small and easily fits into the palm of your hand. Although it strives in size to some kind of single-battery box mod or serviced AIO. But still it is noticeably more compact and weighs less. And you won’t find any buttons or a screen here; the electronics are triggered solely by the puff sensor; if you take a puff, you get steam.

Comparison of disposables (from left to right) Nasty Fix GO 5000, Nasty Fix GO 3000 and Nasty Fix GO 1500

Nasty Fix GO 5000 not only has similar packaging to 3000 puff devices, but also design. Although you definitely can’t go wrong here – the devices are noticeably different in shape. In the photo above you can compare both devices and the “classic” Fix GO 1500.

The mouthpiece of the device is thin, almost rectangular, slightly rounded at the top and stronger at the ribs. It does not heat up during active vaping and is simply convenient. If you wish and have powerful facial muscles, you can even try to hold it in your teeth without your hands. But this is already dubious entertainment. At the bottom there is a charging connector, an air intake hole and an indicator eye. There are also two standard icons (they will be better visible in the photo later) and four tiny legs that hold the body in an upright position on a flat, hard surface.

Near the mouthpiece there was a small black silicone plug, which is not very noticeable. Yes, this is exactly the filling hole! Naturally, you can evaporate everything that is already inside, and then pour something of your own into some game at once. But I wouldn’t do this. Firstly, by the time the liquid in Nasty Fix runs out, there will already be so much carbon on the coil that further use of the device is simply pointless. Secondly, it is unlikely that you will successfully match the taste to the one that was already there. But in any case, people try to pull off such tricks and even brag about it in our comments.

When using a disposable device, a blue LED lights up at the bottom; if desired, you can simply cover it with your hand; it is not bright and does not catch the eye. True, it is difficult for the user to see it. The manufacturer on its website calls it nothing less than Smart LED Indicator, but they forgot to explain what is “smart” about it. And while using it, I never noticed anything unusual in its behavior: it lights up when tightening and charging, when the battery runs out it blinks. The charging current is low, only 0.5 A, but there is a pastrou mode – you can continue vaping with the cable connected.

Flavors Nasty Fix GO 5000

At the time of publication, the Nasty Fix GO 5000 line of devices includes 15 flavors from various lines of liquids from the manufacturer, released at different times. Several current mixes came to me and are described below.

Nasty Nasty Fix GO 5000 – Cush Man

Manufacturer’s Description: Our iconic mango flavor is one of the world’s bestsellers every year.

Let’s start looking at the device with a branded mango from a Malaysian company – Cushman is not only included in all possible lines of disposable devices from the manufacturer, but is also a multiple winner of various competitions and vape exhibitions. Immediately after opening the bag, you can hear the resinous skin and sweetness of the pulp, which, when puffed, turn into a luxurious, multi-faceted sweet and sour taste with notes of peel and sugar fruit. The exhalation at first does not even seem particularly cold, but after a couple of seconds the cooler seems to reach the very brain and the ice is felt somewhere right in the back of the head. It’s the only thing that keeps you from taking another puff immediately. And, of course, high nicotine strength. Very tasty, I recommend it to all fans and connoisseurs of mango.

Nasty Nasty Fix GO 5000 – Asap Grape

Manufacturer Description: Taste the mouth-watering sweetness of ripe black grapes.

The device emits an aroma in which you can detect both grapes and notes of black currant, or rather tart berry skin. When paired, the composition becomes similar to a sweet drink, somewhat reminiscent of a cold punch with bright juicy pulp in the middle of the puff and a tart aftertaste of the peel on the tongue after exhalation. Dark, almost sugary in taste, but not with a hint of caramel, but rather a fruity toffee that was pulled out of the freezer and immediately offered to you. Another hit by Nasty ASAP GRAPE, well implemented as a disposable device.

Nasty Nasty Fix GO 5000 – Strawberry Bubblegum

Manufacturer’s Description: Ripe strawberries combined with the retro flavor of sweet bubblegum.

The smell of sugar-sweet chewing gum with an indeterminate taste is heard from the mouthpiece. This is just a fruit bubblegum, but the fact that it contains strawberries is not so easy to understand. In truth, the taste experience is the same: you can hear the sweetness, tart and starchy base of chewing gum. But there seem to be berries, and even with a slight creamy tint, but it’s difficult to say that these are strawberries. Both in the puff and in the quickly melting aftertaste, it is more like berry jam, sweet and with boiled seeds, which for some reason was mixed with chewing gum. If you’re not picky, this won’t upset you too much. But I was waiting for real strawberries.

Nasty Nasty Fix GO 5000 – Vanilla Cuban Tobacco

Manufacturer’s description: Soft, strong tobacco with a subtle aroma of vanilla pods.

Both in smell and taste, the mix is very vaguely reminiscent of tobacco aroma; rather, it is something very sweet and vanilla, suspiciously close to condensed milk. When you inhale, the sensations are exactly the same. But on the exhale and in the aftertaste, in addition to vanilla and cream, a hint of tobacco leaf appears, but this is more of a pale ghost of it than a truly bitter and tart taste. And although I myself really like such sweet, dessert tobaccos, I can’t recommend this one-time use to those who are expecting a truly “evil” and bitter taste of burnt paper or ashyness. For those who love milk and dessert flavors, it’s easy.

Impression

There will be no conclusions as such. Simply because the devices themselves are good – well assembled, beautifully designed, compact, do not leak, with charging via a modern USB Type-C connector and even the ability to refill (!), and the tastes are mostly excellent. There were some things I simply didn’t like for subjective reasons (well, I can’t imagine how you could vape “pink milk”!), some things were simply not my thing. Therefore, when choosing, you should focus on your preferences. And my choices are pretty much the same: Cush Man, Asap Grape, Lychee and Peach Ice.
