Today I will tell you about two new devices from Eleaf. Despite the fact that they have recently released a lot of interesting things, and they have many devices in each market segment, they still found a way to do something truly new. We will talk about iCare and iCare mini.
What are these two devices? In short, this is a game for dummies in which you don’t need to do anything, not even a Fire button. The process of liquid evaporation begins when you puff, it’s so simple! But for once, I really like the appearance of Eleaf. Eleaf iCare + iCare mini
The devices operate on replaceable 1.1 ohm IC evaporators. The manufacturer claims that the device supports resistance from 1 to 3.5 ohm, but it is far from certain that other evaporators will be waiting for us. Both devices can output up to 15W of power. It is very interesting that the tightness of the tightening is regulated by a special ring, which can only be accessed by removing the drip tip.
The capacity of the larger version is 1.8 ml, the small version is 1.3 ml. Refilling is carried out in a very convenient way, but large spouts and high VG content clearly do not make friends with these kids. The only option that I see for myself personally is 50/50 liquids with a high nicotine content.
With autonomy, things are very strange. The battery capacity of the larger version is 650 mah, and the small one is 320 mah, but there is one caveat. For the small version, a PCC docking station of 2300 mah is provided, which is not suitable for iCare. Thus, iCare mini is obtained much more autonomous. A more logical solution would be to make a docking station for both devices, which is most likely what will happen, for an additional fee 🙂
A color LED indicator will tell you the level of discharge of the device. Green “ndash;100-16%, yellow 15-6, red less than 5%, it’s time to charge.
Personally, I see for myself only one option for using this device to satisfy the nicotine need at work. You place the docking station on your desk (if you have one, of course) and vape during your smoke breaks, or even at your workplace, because there won’t be much vapor from this little thing. But this will only affect the mini version; I don’t see any point in the original iCare at all until there is a docking station.
